  • We have a garden of 20 raised beds where we grow, harvest, prepare & serve our own vegetables
  • Our soups are made fresh Daily.
  • Our milk is CT fresh & hormone free.
  • Our eggs are from Kofkoff Egg Farm in Bozrah CT. 
  • Our yogurt is 100% organic & made in NH, less than 150 miles from Watkinson.
  • We only use grape seed oil or olive oil while cooking our vegetables.
  • Our vegetables are always fresh & regionally grown when available.
  • We serve an assortment of fresh apples daily & regionally grown when available.
  • None of our beans are canned or processed, only dried beans are used in our kitchen.  
  • Our napkins are made from recycled paper.
  • Our honey is CT made from Weston CT.
  • None of our food is deep fried.
  • We harvest apples from our own trees for crisps, cobblers & apple sauce.
  • Our bread is baked regional & made with whole wheat unbleached flour.
  • Our cottage cheese is from Vermont & fat free.
