Boarding at the Academy

Resident housing is located on the 40-acre campus of Watkinson School in a quiet residential area in the west end of Hartford. Modernized, furnished rooms are shared by a maximum of two Academy students. The cost of resident housing includes heat, air conditioning, hot water, electricity, cable, 2 flat screen televisions, and wireless Internet. The space also features a shared living room, recreation area, a kitchen that is fully stocked with equipment, and a bathroom. Private study spaces are also available.

Weekend Activities

Saturday and Sundays provide boarding students free time to take advantage of campus or area events and resources. Students may choose to go off campus, engage in events on campus or at the University of Hartford, or simply relax at Campus House. Organized activities are optional, but available throughout the year.
