Libros Para Pueblos
Libros Para Pueblos is a small group of readers living in Oaxaca, Mexico. Since the mid-1990s, they have been sharing their passion for reading with the children who live around us. Working with our donors we now have more than 60 libraries located throughout one of the poorest states in Mexico. We are also putting computers into our most isolated villages and providing free eyecare in the communities where we are located. One library at a time reading is becoming part of the culture of Oaxaca. The library funded by Watkinson School is in Ocotlan de Morelos.
